You can visit Kasol throughout the year, and each season Kasol has something unique to offer.
If you are confused and unable to decide Which will be the Best Season To Visit Kasol? Then the answer depends on what exactly you are trying to explore in Kasol.
Winter is best if you want to enjoy snowfall with a chilled beer and good food. Summer is best for trekking. Monsoon is the only time when you should avoid coming to Kasol because due to heavy rainfall, you will not be able to travel around freely.

Which Is The Best Season To Visit Kasol?
As I said, it depends on what exactly you are trying to explore in the Kasol. Below I am explaining the best time according to the activities.
Cafes & Party:
Kasol is famous for its hippy cafes from the beginning; if you too want to explore the cafe lifestyle of the Kaosl, then you can come here anytime in the year.
But if you want to meet foreign tourists in cafes, then you have to come during summer. As with the monsoon, they move to places like Kerala and Goa.
During winter, you will find mostly Indian crowds in the cafes.
Same with the parties, you can find parties throughout the year, but some of the good parties are arranged in the summer to attract the foreign tourists, as they pay some really good money.
Trekking
Summer after spring is the best time for the trekkers as during this period you can go for all kinds of treks in Parvati Valley. During winter, the higher trekking points like Pin Parvati Pass, Sar Pass get closed. They again start in the summer from April, so if you want to do trekking, then you should definitely come to Kaslol in Summer.
Less Crowded Kasol:
Kasol stays crowded the whole year, but after the monsoon, you will find fewer people in the Valley. Especially in the high altitude villages like Tosh, Kalga, Grahan, etc. Post monsoon (September to October) is also good to see apple gardens in nearby villages. You can taste some really delicious fresh apple directly plucked from the Garden during this time.
Snow & Trekking
During the starting months of winter (November to December), you will witness occasional snowfall, and you can enjoy snow trekking on the places like Malana, Waichin valley, Grahan, Kalga, etc.
Heavy Snowfall
December and January are the peak winter month in the Valley; during this time, you will witness heavy snowfall in the high altitude places near Kasol. To enjoy heavy snowfall, you should come here from December end to February. And the best places to stay during these months are Kalga, Pulga, Grahan, and Tosh.
Camping
Camping in summer and camping in winter are both very different. In summer the weather stays pleasant in comparison to winter so you can also freely enjoy other activities than camping.
On the other hand, camping during the peak wintertime can be a little challenging, as the temperature goes below minus during the night.
